Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "135pub" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 135pub.cam, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized representatives.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and participation in real-money games on the 135pub Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and directed at the Philippine market. Users accessing 135pub from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 135pub makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside its designated operating territory. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on 135pub, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as required by the registration form;
• Have a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification;
• Not already hold an active or suspended 135pub Account;
• Not be on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform;
• Accept these Terms & Conditions in full by completing the registration process.

135pub reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Providing false information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 135pub Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 135pub will close the additional accounts, transfer any Real Money Balance to the first verified Account, and void all Bonus Balances associated with duplicate registrations.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. All activity occurring within your Account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted, is your responsibility regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you become aware or suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact 135pub support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

135pub may at any time require a User to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, crediting bonuses, or continuing Account operation. Requested documents may include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, driver's license, passport, UMID), proof of payment method ownership, and a selfie with the ID for facial verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date, including your registered mobile number and any linked payment methods. 135pub is not liable for failed withdrawals, missed OTP verifications, or other issues arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information.

Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

135pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), BTC, and ETH. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed at the cashier and may be updated without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your 135pub Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt by 135pub. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the remitting institution.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must originate from a payment source owned by and registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits — whether from another individual's GCash, bank account, or crypto wallet — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds where practicable. 135pub is not responsible for processing fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or crypto network on deposits.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made from the Real Money Balance portion of your Account. Bonus Balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements are satisfied. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 135pub reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

5.2 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within approximately three (3) minutes of request confirmation under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) Philippine banking business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes subject to network conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or pending KYC review.

5.3 Withdrawal Destination

All withdrawals must be directed to a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts, wallets, or payment methods not associated with the Account holder will be declined. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, only pre-approved wallet addresses bound to the Account are eligible as withdrawal destinations.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per time period. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier section. 135pub reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits with or without prior notice. Requests exceeding daily or transaction limits may be queued for processing over multiple cycles.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

135pub does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network transaction fees charged by the relevant blockchain, which are beyond 135pub's control and may be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional credits issued by 135pub are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, time expiry, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers apply per bonus type and are stated at the point of offer. Bets placed on excluded games or above maximum bonus bet limits during wagering will not count toward requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

135pub actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players, and any exploitation of promotional terms not in the spirit of the offer. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

6.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are offered at 135pub's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Eligibility for specific promotions may be restricted based on Account status, verification level, geographic location, or other factors. Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of that promotion's specific terms.

Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the 135pub Platform may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Game availability may differ based on your geographic location, account verification status, or technical factors. 135pub does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific game title.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, 135pub reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to players. Winnings generated from a game round later determined to have been affected by a verifiable technical error may be void. The decision of 135pub is final in such matters.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

All games on 135pub carry minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. Stakes outside of the applicable limits may be rejected by the system. Limits are subject to change and may vary per table, game variant, player verification level, and Account status.

7.4 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the 135pub Platform operate using independently certified RNG systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 135pub Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of balances without refund:

• Registering as or impersonating a person under 21 years of age;
• Operating multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so;

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors;

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;

Intellectual Property

All content on the 135pub Platform, including but not limited to its design, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of 135pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 135pub.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 135pub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, including losses from games of chance;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond 135pub's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized Account access resulting from a User's failure to secure their credentials;
• Losses arising from use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits 135pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

135pub is committed to responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools within every Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after defined play durations;
• Cooling-Off Periods — take temporary breaks from gambling activity;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely.

Self-exclusion requests are acted upon immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Players who self-exclude will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period.

Termination

12.1 Termination by 135pub

135pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected on the Account;
• A User fails to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• The continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 135pub;
• A User is identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions.

Upon Account closure for a breach of these Terms, 135pub may withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and closure is for operational reasons unrelated to User conduct, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 135pub support. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are not paid out on Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 135pub Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to first raise any dispute directly with 135pub's customer support team by contacting [email protected]. 135pub will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

Amendments to These Terms

135pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 135pub will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or to the registered email/mobile of affected Users. The effective date of the current version is displayed in the Page Hero section above.

Your continued use of the 135pub Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
